Delete your RoutineAI account

Delete with your email and password

Go to routineai.org/delete, sign in with your account email and password (there is a forgot-password link if you need it), then type DELETE to erase your account immediately.

Delete from inside the app

1. Sign in to RoutineAI (app or web).
2. Open Profile & snacks (Settings) from the sidebar or your avatar menu.
3. Scroll to Delete account, read the warning, type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out as soon as it completes. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first so you are not billed again.

What gets deleted

• Your login account and email address
• Your profile, goals, targets and body metrics
• All logged meals, workouts, daily scores and history
• Saved timetables and plans
• Progress photos, daily notes and your profile picture
• Favourite snacks, assistant chats and messages
• Subscription records linked to your account

Nothing is retained after deletion except anonymous, aggregated technical logs that cannot identify you, and any billing records our payment provider must keep by law.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email support@routineai.org from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
