Website purchases

Website orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email nyvalaisupport@gmail.com and we will arrange it. Refunds are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy.

iPhone and Android app purchases

Subscriptions bought inside the mobile apps are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google in your Google Play order history. We are happy to help — email us.

Free trial

The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged.
